Gout is the name of a group of the disease characterized by increasing concentration of uric acid in our blood. It can also occur suddenly on the eve of inflammation (usually of one) joint or deposits of uric acid crystals near the joints as well as deposits of uric acid crystals in the kidney and kidney stones.
What is gout?
Well, due to excessive intake of uric acid and a decrease in its excretion from the body, a disease called gout can occur. The biggest cause is improper diet and excessive intake of foods rich in purines. Thee are actually substances that, when taken into the body, are broken into uric acid and excreted in the urine in the urine.
Products that are rich in purine are:
kidneys, liver, thymus blue fish and dried meat products (Steak, hot dogs & salami) But even people who consume loads of alcohol can have it, because alcohol weakens the excretion of uric acid from the body. Also people who are poisoned with salicylates and diabetic ketoacidosis, or even people who are starving can get gout .
I can get gout. So can you in a sentence: damaged kidneys, cannot excrete enough uric acid, so gout.
Interestingly, it has been proven that the number of patients increases with age and is directly related to common chronic diseases: metabolic syndrome, chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, cerebral vascular and cerebrovascular vascular disease. And the first level is usually detected by ordinary laboratory control whilst the second level manifests as inflammation of on joint, usually its the big toe. That is, urine crystals accumulate at that site of the joint and create an inflammation of the joint that manifests as a red, swollen joint that hurts to the touch. If non-health can lead to complete deformation of the inflammatory join, it is very important to eat healthy and drink as much water as possible that we will get kidney stones.
Once we’re familiar with some of the symptoms of gout and reasons why this disease occurs, we MUST inform ourselves and how to eat in case of the disease.
