A Few Things about how to Stay Healthy and Fit. Every single day it is very important to have some time for yourself.

Today I want to share with you some tips on how to stay healthy and fit.

During the day, every single day it is very important to have some time for yourself. Early in the morning when you wake up take 5 minutes for yourself, just make a bed, or drink a glass of water, read the news. You can do whatever you like to do in your 5 minutes. As another habit, make yourself breakfast(cereal, milk, egg, toast,..)it is your main meal in the morning if you stuck to a regular breakfast you will feel full of energy, stronger and ready for the day. As long as you have a healthy and regular breakfast you will have a healthy life.

Following advice I will share with you is for you to eat green, fresh vegetables every day. It alkalizes the body. I think that we can always eat green vegetables at any time of the year without being full very quickly, so you can make green smoothies, green salads or combine them with lunch. It is important that you eat green vegetables every day.

The next tip is to be active. You have many ways to stay active. You can do yoga, clean your room or house, ride a bike, run, play indoors and outdoors. Those are only some of the many ways you can exercise. Just move your body.

Besides this, you should do is not take sugar. Your white sugar is very harmful to your body. There are a lot of recipes that do not use white sugar, instead, they use honey and brown sugar which are much healthier than white sugar. These recipes are just as sweet and delicious as the ones with white sugar.

How to Stay Healthy and Fit

Find more time to rest. This is actually one of the cheapest ways to help your immune system which means that you will have slightly less of a chance to get a cold or the flu. You have many ways to relax and everyone has a different rest routine. Some like to listen to music and some like to take short naps and meditate. It is important to lift your stress from your mind and get rid of it.

How to Stay Healthy and Fit

You have probably heard this multiple times before but it is super important. Drink a lot of water. Water is the source of life. If we do not have water, we will die. Hydration of the body is something that keeps us alive. Even if you are not thirsty, still drink a few sips of water. If you do not like water by itself, you can squeeze a couple of drops of lemon juice. Do not let your body suffer from a fluid deficiency.
